Regulatory rigor

We don't paraphrase the rule. We don't guess at citations. We don't ship features that let the model improvise over compliance-critical text.

Minimalism first

Tiny core. Maximum composability. Abstract on the third real call site, not the second hypothetical one. Ship the thing, not the framework for the thing.

Operator-aligned

We build for the licensed operator working alone at 4:50 PM on a Friday in June. If our tool doesn't help that person in that moment, we haven't shipped.

We post roles when we can onboard someone end-to-end within two weeks. If that hasn’t happened yet, it’s not because we don’t have work to do — it’s because we’re being honest about capacity. If you think we should be hiring your role sooner, tell us.
