Invoicing
Self-serve tiers are invoiced via Stripe. Enterprise contracts support net-30 terms and ACH.
Purchase orders
Email hello@1water.ai with your procurement requirements. We turn around signable quotes in one business day and accept purchase orders for Enterprise contracts.
Tax handling
Stripe handles sales tax automatically based on your billing address. For tax-exempt entities (state agencies, certain public utilities), upload your exemption certificate in the billing tab.
